A breath inspired journey : we start our journey with breathing and meditation, slow and easy movements are going to follow which allow us to release the tension of our body and mind. Before laying down for our yoga Nidra relaxation we enjoy few poses that allow the flow of energy inside the body for deeper release and nourishment.
Prana Vinyasa Flow
An active practice that balances strength and flexibility. In the beginning we enjoy an opening movement meditation to connects ourselves to our breathwave that flows naturally inside us.
We warm our body by awaken our inner fire through a simple combination of asanas that creates a beautiful sequence . Poses close to the Earth that open our frontal body with gentle backbends, forward bends that awaken our subconscious mind are going to follow. Deep relaxation and embodiment at the end while laying down in savana.

Activating your inner fire. An active class that cultivates strength, stability and balance.
Core cultivation that warms our body deeply is significant. A beautiful powerful sequence follows that contains hip openings, arm balances, backbends, forward bends in a powerful way. This class is for everyone that has even a small experience in yoga. It is challenging but at the same time purifying our inner blockages inviting the feeling of empowerment.
